Why I'm writing this journal

14 June 2026

Most fitness advice online is noise. A new diet every week, a miracle exercise every day, a coach shouting that everything you did before was wrong. I have spent years inside real training, and I am tired of watching good people get lost in it. So I started writing.

This journal is simple. It is where I put down, in plain language, what actually works, and why. No hype, no secret tricks, no selling you a supplement at the end. Just the thinking behind real coaching, written so you can use it whether you ever train with me or not.

Real people ask me the same real questions, in three languages: how do I get stronger without getting hurt, what should I eat really, why does nothing seem to work anymore. I answer those questions all day in the gym. Writing them down means more people get the answer, not just whoever happens to be standing in front of me.

There is a second reason. I want you to know how I think, plainly, without a sales pitch attached. A clear explanation tells you more about whether someone actually understands a method than any claim ever could. If you read a few of these and they make sense, if they save you from a mistake or make something click, then the writing did what it set out to do.

I also write to keep myself honest. When you have to explain a method clearly enough for a beginner to follow, you find out fast whether you really understand it. Training has fashions like everything else, and it is easy to repeat what you were taught without questioning it. Writing forces me to go back to the principles, to test what I believe against what actually happens in the gym, and to drop what does not hold up. The coaching gets better because of it.

So what will you find here. Short, useful pieces. How to start training again after a long break without wrecking yourself. What the conjugate method actually means for a normal person, not a powerlifter. How to keep training alive while living between places. What recovery tools do and do not do. How to eat in a way you can keep for years instead of weeks. Self defense that is simple and real, not a show. And, sometimes, the honest side of coaching itself.

I am not here to be the loudest voice. There are plenty of those. I am here to be a clear one. If a single article helps you train smarter, move better, or just stop wasting energy on things that do not matter, then the writing did its job.

Thank you for reading. If something here helps you, tell me. If something here is wrong, tell me that too. That is how this stays useful.
